Internet Orders
Products may be ordered from this website by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. A confirmation of your order will be sent by email to the address you have provided. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) constitutes a contract between us. By placing an order you agree to accept our terms and conditions.

Post and Telephone Orders
We are happy to receive orders over the telephone. Call us on 01437 767499 to place an order. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 – 2 working days if goods are in stock.

Delivery
We only deliver to the United Kingdom.
Delivery of the products you order will be made to the address you specify in the check out procedure when placing your order. For items in stock your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days and should reach you within 4 days, usually a lot less.

If you need goods urgently and wish to pay for special delivery, please contact us on telephone number 01437 767499 to discuss your requirements.

Delivery of home brew supplies:
We only deliver to the United Kingdom.
On orders weighing less than 1 kg, the above delivery terms are applied.
On orders weighing over 1 kg a fixed delivery charge of £8.50 will be applied.

Damaged products
Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge. To report a damaged product please email info@thearkhaverfordwest.co.uk. You must notify us within 4 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

10-day guarantee
If you decide you don’t want your order, please return it to us within 10 days of the date on the invoice in the condition in which it arrived. We will issue a full refund for the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if not faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Price and Payment
The product price is the price quoted on the Website at the time your order is accepted. The price will include any applicable value added tax (VAT), but does not include the cost of delivery, if this applies (see delivery charges).

Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit or debit card. We operate a fully secure website, supporting the Internet standard of Secure Socket Layers or SSL to ensure that the transmission of your sensitive information cannot be intercepted or decoded.

Credit Card Payments will be authorised and charged during the check-out procedure. If, for any reason, we discover any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply, the cost of your order will be adjusted accordingly and we will refund any unavailable items within seven days of taking the payment. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.

Although every care is taken over the accuracy of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and products may be priced incorrectly. Should this occur we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Promotional Offers
Promotional product offers are usually available for a limited period and while stocks last. Should we receive your order after the offer period has expired and the goods are no longer available under that particular offer we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Refunds for products purchased as a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from The Ark you must return the item(s) to us, informing us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product.

If necessary, The Ark will contact the manufacturers on your behalf and investigate your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will keep you up to date and informed of our progress.

If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery it will be replaced by The Ark, but we may request that the damaged items be returned to us before issuing the replacement. You must inform us on 01437 767499 within 4 days of receiving your order if any of the items are damaged. You may also be asked to complete a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.
