Natural ways to help your immune system
Your immune system protects you against disease & infection, and helps you recover after an injury. It’s possible to nurture your immune system naturally through the intake of vitamins, natural foods and living a healthy lifestyle. Read our article for useful advice on how you can build resilience through our recommended supplements, anti-inflammatory diet and further preventative advice.
Some Health Clinic practitioners providing online support
Most of our practitioners have made the heartbreaking decision to close their practice for the time being to avoid putting people at risk and adding further pressure on the NHS. Some do however have ways to support you online so please take a look at their websites and social media profiles for more information.
