My journey into kinesiology came from a desire to improve my knowledge of how the energy systems within the body link to emotions and the physical body. I was already a trained nutritional therapist an understood the biochemistry of the body and the disease process when things start to go wrong. Food has always been a huge part of how I heal both myself and when advising my clients, however this deeper knowledge is extraordinary and amazing in its benefits for health. We often have trapped emotions from early experiences in our life and these start to frame our sub conscious and often become triggers of stress for the body. I have worked with kinesiology on myself and will continue to use it as part of a framework for me, my family and clients, together with nutrition.

What is Systematic Kinesiology?
Systematic Kinesiology is a non-evasive muscle test, used to communicate potential problems within the body. The aim is to identify blockages by looking at the physical, nutritional, emotional and energetically imbalances of the individual. It is based on the principle that different muscles are connected to the energy of different organs and healing systems in our body.
